The three acres of water are very well stocked with a variety of carp, originally introduced in 1993. They have since bred prolifically over the years allowing a range of weights and sizes. The majority of carp now caught are between 8 and 25lbs, producing some spectacular bags. The carp lake has 31 very well spaced, permanent and good-sized platforms, recently refurbished, and the majority of which have plenty of space for camping. We are not highly commercialised unlike many other fishing activity venues. We offer good carp fishing, (plus Perch and Roach) secure accommodation, peace and quiet is a relaxing rural setting.

Two medium sized mature lakes that I estimated at about 2.5 acres each. The lake with the lodges is stocked with carp to about 20.lb, Tench, good Roach, Perch that in winter run to well over 2.lb and Crucian Carp. The similar sized lake to the rear is predominantly stocked with Carp. There are also several smaller sized ponds on site. There is no doubt that Warren Park is a top class fishing venue and a real bag-up water. The accommodation was also good, making it the ideal place for fishing holiday. The Carp Lake at Manor Farm was first established in 1997. The lake is stocked with a range of Common, Mirror, leather and ghost koi Carp, which have all settled into the water well.
