Carp fishing Description
The three acres of water are very well stocked with a variety of carp, originally introduced in 1993. They have since bred prolifically over the years allowing a range of weights and sizes. The majority of carp now caught are between 8 and 25lbs, producing some spectacular bags.
The carp lake has 31 very well spaced, permanent and good-sized platforms, recently refurbished, and the majority of which have plenty of space for camping. Some swims are suitable for wheel-chair access. The proprietors are Rupert and Tina Preston.
Rupert our on site Carp fishery guru knows the lake inside out and will be happy to give you a few pointers on out to get the most out of fishing at Folly Foot Fishery. If you would like to find out more about carp angling at Folly Foot Fishery simply give us a call or drop in.
